My name is Kathryn Lynn Elsie. I was born July 1, 1987 in Pensacola, FL. I met God in a vision on my birthday. Shortly after, I nearly died and went to Heaven. Prior to this experience, I was an atheist who didn’t believe in God or the afterlife. While I grew up in church, I left Christianity and religion behind to become an atheist. I spent my time with my grandmother and my friends cooking, learning to play the flute, writing poetry, taking ballet lessons, working at a French bakery, learning new languages, and traveling the world. I dreamt I’d be everything from a pastry chef to a flutist to a scientist. I enjoyed learning about different cultures, studying psychology, philosophy, and physics. I dreamed I would move from city to city, exploring the world. One day, when I was living in Austin, TX, I began to think there may be an afterlife. Then, on July 1, 2016, I met God in a vision on my birthday. A few days later, I nearly died and went to Heaven. This is my story.
