God is Forgiveness
In the vision from God, I found myself at one point looking over the Earth through God’s eyes. God did this a lot during the vision, and in this point in the vision God gave me, I saw myself looking over the whole Earth and seeing the Forgiveness of God coming from the sky. God was this pure, white light coming from the sky that exuded forgiveness but I could see the humans below on the Earth didn’t believe they were forgiven.
Humanity had been taught messages about God in their life from their church or their religion which implied that God had not truly forgiven them, so every time they failed to love themselves or others, they felt shame or unforgiveness towards themselves. In this, God revealed to me that all unforgiveness for ourselves or others is from a flawed belief about whether or not God truly forgives us. Since God is our Creator and forgiveness comes from God, what people believe about forgiveness ultimately comes from their beliefs about God. This is true even for people who don’t believe in God or aren’t sure of His existence.
God didn’t show me that God had forgiveness for humanity, but that God is Forgiveness. This is a huge difference in thought. One idea implies God had not forgiven us, then one day God had, but in the eternal realm, God has always, and will always forgive us. While people on Earth had their heads held down for what they had done wrong in their lives, God did not look down on humanity or see anything they had done wrong. God felt only pure love and forgiveness for them. God showed me that because of Christ and what He did on the cross, the forgiveness of God and Heaven was simply waiting for humanity to believe in it and receive it. When humans believe they are forgiven from within, they can begin to live in Heaven while they’re on Earth.
God then showed me how He loved and forgave even the “worst” of humanity, people human beings loved to hate like murderers. I was shown in God’s Light above the Earth someone who was being sent to an electric chair for murder. While society may have loved to hate this individual, God showed me how completely loved and forgiven they were and how contrary the death penalty is to the nature of God. Much of humanity, even some people on Earth who call themselves Christians, still didn’t fully understand or believe this. God conveyed that human beings are equal and we are all forgiven, no matter what we have done. To want to harm someone else, even for murder, is to deny God’s love and forgiveness for them.
To show me exactly how much God loved individuals considered the worst of humanity, God showed me a timeline on the Earth from the Garden of Adam and Eve to today’s time. God highlighted to me people from the beginning of humanity’s history who were murderers, but that God loved and used for His Kingdom. I saw Adam and Eve in the Garden who “murdered” humanity through committing the first sin. I saw Moses who murdered an Egyptian, but who one day freed the Israelites. I saw King David who murdered his best friend, but was a man after God’s own heart, and Paul the Apostle who persecuted and murdered Christians, but who would one day become their greatest advocate.
Each of these individuals, despite their great flaws, was completely loved, forgiven, and used by God for His Kingdom. God showed me this as if to remind humanity that if He can love and forgive the “worst” of us, then how much more can we love and forgive ourselves.
